H.M. Housemarket (Cyprus) Ltd

FOURLIS Group through its subsidiary company H.M. HOUSEMARKET (CYPRUS) Ltd signed in October 2005 an agreement for the leasing of a plot of land in Nicosia, Cyprus where the IKEA store was built. 

The new IKEA store in Cyprus has a size of 22,000 m2 and commenced operations on September 6th, 2007.

During 2020, 1.4 million customers visited the IKEA store in Nicosia.
