Human Rights Policy

Charter of Operations

The Charter of Operations has been conducted in accordance with the requirements of article 14 of L.4706/2020. Upon its preparation and drafting, the provisions of the Greek laws, EU regulations, EU directives and decisions of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, displayed in the Chapter 9 “Procedure for the Legislative and Regulatory Compliance” of this Charter of Operations, have also been taken into account.

Code of Conduct

FOURLIS Group has adopted high business ethics standards assuring the compliance and the cooperation of all its employees. FOURLIS Group has created a Code of Conduct that represents an "active" document of the Group and includes the following standards:

Code of Conduct Line - Whistleblowing System

The Company is incompliance with the Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law as it has been corporated to the National Law with L. 4990/2022. With respect for the fundamental rights to freedom of expression and information, the protection of personal data, business freedom and good governance, consumer protection, public health and the environment, and in order to ensure a high level of protection for persons who report law infringements, the Company establishes the Code of Conduct Line - whistleblowing system.

REMUNERATION POLICY

The Remuneration Policy contributes in the business strategy and in the long-term interests and the viability of the company, and specifies the method of contribution.
It defines in detail both the existing rights of the members of the Board of Directors and the obligations of the Company towards them, and the terms under which the remuneration will be provided in the future.

SUITABILITY POLICY

The Suitability Policy aims at ensuring the quality of the executive recruitment, the effective operation and fulfillment of the duties of the Board of Directors based on the more general strategy and the medium-long term business goals of the company in order to promote the company’s interest.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY

This Conflict of Interest Policy determines the circumstances constituting or possibly resulting in a conflict of interest, whereas, further specifies the procedures that must be followed and the measures that must be taken for the mitigation, the management and the resolution and settlement of each such conflict of interest that may arise.

FOURLIS Group Supplier Code of Conduct

The Supplier Code of Conduct aims to provide guidelines on the business conduct of the Group's suppliers. In this context, the Group requires suppliers to acknowledge and comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct.

FOURLIS Group General Personal Data Privacy Policy

At FOURLIS Group we recognize the importance of the personal data of visitors to the website www.fourlis.gr and we are committed to respecting and protecting them, always in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the legislation in force in general. The Company allows only authorized persons to access the data and takes increased security measures to protect the data, including from improper handling, unauthorized access, modification, dissemination.
